Basically, anything a registered nurse is qualified to do, we can likely help with at home.

It really depends on your individual care plan. We’ll work with you to figure out a schedule that makes sense for your needs and how much support you require.

We understand how important it is to have a good connection with your nurse. While we can’t guarantee you’ll get a specific nurse, we do our best to match you with someone who’s a good fit in terms of skills and personality. We also try to keep your care consistent with the same nurse where possible.

No worries! We have a whole team of qualified NDIS nurses. If your regular nurse is unavailable, we’ll make sure another experienced nurse is there to provide your care. We’ll always let you know if there are any changes.

The cost is covered by your NDIS funding, specifically the budget allocated for nursing support. And, we usually charge as per the NDIS price guidelines, with nothing extra and nothing less.

We regularly review your care plan to make sure it is still meeting your needs. If things change, we’ll work with you and your support coordinator to adjust your plan accordingly.

You don’t usually need a formal referral, but you do need a current NDIS plan with funding for nursing support. Your Support Coordinator can help you with the NDIS process.
